Where is the ceremony?
The ceremony will take place at the Love Temple in the Italianate Garden. It’s located across from the Villa through the wrought iron gates. Signs will be placed to direct guests.
Where is the reception?
Cocktail hour and reception will take place at the Villa, which is located straight up the path from ceremony location.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive by 3:15 PM to make sure that you have ample time to park and find the ceremony location. Beverages will be provided so feel free to mingle until the ceremony starts
Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?
All RSVPs will be done online on our wedding website. You’re in the right place!
When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by Sunday, September 30, 2018.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
Formal. If you’ve been looking for a good excuse to wear that fancy dress or suit gathering dust in your closet, then this is it.
For the ladies, floor-length gowns, fancy cocktail dresses, and dressy pant-suits are all appropriate. However, please do be wary if you’re wearing planning to wear high heels. There will be a bit of walking required at the venue.
For the gentlemen, formal dark suits, white shirts, and conservative ties are appropriate. Tuxedos are optional
Are there any colours you would prefer me not to wear?
Ladies, please avoid burgundy and white dresses.
Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?
There won’t be any shuttle provided by us, but Uber or Lyft should have no problem dropping you off at the venue.
Have you reserved hotel room blocks?
We will not be providing hotel accommodations. Please find your own accommodations if needed. There are many hotel and AirBnB options in the area.
Is there parking available near the ceremony and reception venues?
Yes. There is on-site parking at the venue. Parking Lots 3 and 4 will be open to wedding guests. Please refer to the venue site map to see where the lots are located
Can I bring a plus one?
All wedding guests should be confirmed at this point. We have a limited guest list, so we unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests that haven’t already been confirmed with the bride and groom.
Can I bring my children?
Children and Infants are welcome. The venue is a historical building, so we would have to ask you to keep an eye on them.
Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will both take place outdoors. We expect daytime weather to be fairly comfortable, but it may get chilly in the evening so please plan accordingly. In the event that it rains, there is a contingency plan and guests will be directed accordingly.
What type of food will be served?
Entrees have been listed at the RSVP page.
Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options?
Yes, we have a vegetarian appetizer and vegetarian entree on the menu. If you’d like to have a vegan or gluten-free option, then please notify the bride or groom ASAP
Where are you registered?
Your presence at our wedding is gift enough. However, in the spirit of our wedding celebration, we ultimately decided to create a wedding registry. Please visit the registry page.(javascript:void(0))
Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?
Of course! We just ask that you tag us in the photos or share them with us so that we can enjoy your pictures too!
What time is the reception scheduled to end?
Reception will end no later than 10:00 PM.
Is there someone I can contact if I have any other questions about the wedding?
